Welcome to Aqua Party! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our party boat rental services in Brick, New Jersey, and throughout the Jersey Shore. By booking a charter with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

A valid credit card or other approved payment method is required to secure a reservation.

Full payment must be made prior to departure unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable.

No-shows or late arrivals will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

2. Safety & Conduct

The captain and crew have full authority to ensure the safety of all passengers and may terminate the trip if unsafe or inappropriate behavior occurs.

Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew.

Aqua Party reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of excessive alcohol or illegal substances.

Life jackets are provided and must be worn when instructed by the crew.

3. Alcohol & BYOB Policy

Our charters are BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage). Passengers may bring their own alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

No glass bottles or containers are allowed onboard for safety reasons.

Aqua Party reserves the right to refuse alcohol consumption if it poses a risk to safety.

4. Weather & Rescheduling

In the event of severe weather, the captain will determine whether the trip should be canceled or rescheduled.

If a trip is canceled due to weather conditions, customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Light rain or cloudy weather does not qualify for cancellation unless conditions become unsafe.

5. Damage & Liability

The customer is responsible for any damages to the boat or equipment caused by negligent behavior.

Aqua Party is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Passengers participate in boat activities at their own risk. Aqua Party and its employees are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies that occur during the trip.

6. Age & ID Requirements

All passengers must be 18 years or older unless accompanied by a legal guardian.

Passengers must provide valid identification upon request for age verification.

7. Photography & Marketing

Aqua Party may take photos and videos during charters for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to be featured in our marketing content, please inform the captain or crew before departure.

8. General Policies

Smoking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited onboard.

Any violation of these Terms may result in the immediate termination of the trip without a refund.

Aqua Party reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
